Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, returns and orders at Devyne Antwerp.
What is the delivery time of my order?
When you place an order with Devyne Antwerp, the delivery time may differ slightly from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly save on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to keep our prices sharp.
The average delivery time is between 3 and 15 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We kindly ask for your patience. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please email us at support@devyneantwerp.com We will investigate the status of your parcel.
I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service at support@devyneantwerp.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 as shown in your confirmation email), and the reason for returning. We will provide the return address and confirm your return. After confirmation, you can send the product back to us with the courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Return shipping is at your own expense. The cost depends on the courier you choose. Please check your courier’s website for exact rates.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You always have a 14‑day return period. The period starts on the day you receive the item. The following conditions apply:
- The return period has not expired;
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags still attached;
- The product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card, and Klarna. If you’re not sure whether your method is supported, proceed to the checkout page to view all available options.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?
That shouldn’t happen. Please email us with your full name and email address at support@devyneantwerp.com and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Want to cancel your order for any reason? Please email us as soon as possible at support@devyneantwerp.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for cancellation.
