Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Only the return shipping costs from your home to our store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To make use of this right, you can contact us at support@devyneantwerp.com. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.
